Ordering and payment
Prices
All prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and are inclusive of VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior consent.
We reserve the right to make corrections to pricing and out-of-stock items. If a price is clearly incorrect and you should have reasonably discovered this, we are not obligated to deliver the product in question at the incorrect price.
All prices in our store are stated in DKK (Danish Kroner) including VAT, unless otherwise clearly stated. All orders are placed in Danish.
The total price of your order will be displayed and will be the amount debited from your Dankort or VISA/Dankort. Credit card payment is made via a secure server. You will always be informed of the shipping cost before you complete your purchase.

Order confirmation:
You will always receive a copy of your order confirmation, automatically after each order. This will be sent to your email. Should you later wish to receive a new copy, you can always contact us.
Shipping and delivery
All shipments are packaged securely and sent with GLS, unless otherwise agreed.
We naturally strive to pack and ship all shipments the same day or the next day, so that you receive the package no later than 3 business days after purchase.
However, longer delivery times may occur on orders where the item is not in stock. However, you can always expect an email from us, which will inform you of a more accurate delivery date. (If the promised delivery time is not met).
Shipping Abroad
We can ship to most EU countries. The goods are shipped as cheaply as possible with GLS.
Shipping abroad is according to the rates of GLS - A separate email will be sent with the total amount. - It is reserved that customs and other taxes must be paid in the recipient country.
Right of withdrawal
As a customer, you always have a full right of withdrawal on goods purchased from us. The right of withdrawal runs from the time you receive your goods. The purchase can be cancelled by sending the goods back to us, or by refusing to accept the goods upon receipt.
If you regret your purchase, you can cancel the purchase within 30 days. You can therefore return the item to us at your own expense to our address (see below). The item must be in its original packaging, unused, undamaged and saleable again. Before you return the item, we would like to ask you to inform us of this, and we would of course also like to know why you have regretted the purchase. When we have received the item from us, we will refund you the price of the item (excl. shipping/freight). We will therefore ask you to provide your account number.
Since the original packaging in some cases constitutes a significant part of the value of the item, it may mean that the item cannot be considered returned in substantially the same condition and quantity if the packaging is not included. Therefore, always remember to save the packaging until you are sure that you want to keep the item. (This means tags, hangers, plastic bags and possibly buttons, etc.)
The packaging must therefore always be returned in order for the conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal to be met.

Right of complaint
As a consumer, you have a 2-year right of complaint, which means that you can either have the product repaired, exchanged, your money back or a discount on the price, depending on the specific situation. This of course requires that the complaint is justified.
If the product is defective, you are welcome to complain both in writing and verbally to our address (see below). You must complain within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect. Complaints regarding incorrect washing and wear will be rejected immediately.
Registration of information and personal data:
We register your purchases in our closed financial system for use in our own accounting and logistics.
This information is not passed on to 3rd parties, but we store the information for at least 5 years. We only store your name and address. Personal information is stored in a closed system.
As a registered person, you always have the opportunity to gain insight and you can object to a registration in accordance with the rules of the Personal Data Act.

Why breathability depends on water repellency...
Breathable waterproof garments are most likely to become sweaty and wet inside when worn in damp or wet conditions. If the outer fabric absorbs water, the garment can lose up to 70% of its breathability. Therefore, the Durable Water Repellency (DWR) on the outer fabric of your jacket must be maintained to ensure comfort. Nikwax Tech Wash ® will revitalize the DWR and therefore the breathability of your garment.
Waterproof clothing must be breathable...
When we work hard, we sweat. The evaporation of sweat cools us down and keeps us comfortable. But when it rains, we want to avoid getting wet, so we put on waterproof outerwear to keep us dry.
The waterproof fabric must allow moisture vapor to pass through it, or 'breathe'; otherwise our sweat cannot evaporate, causing us to overheat and become wet from condensation. Additionally, if the outer fabric of your clothing absorbs water and 'wets' its breathability is reduced, leaving you feeling clammy and wet.
Nikwax Tech Wash ® will revitalize the durable water repellency (DWR) in your clothing, preventing water absorption, maintaining breathability and keeping you dry and comfortable.
Use Nikwax Tech Wash ® when your waterproof clothing and equipment soaks up water...
Your waterproof clothing and gear can absorb water because the Durable Water Repellency (DWR) has been compromised by dirt or because it has been cleaned with a conventional detergent. Dirt attracts water, and household cleaners leave behind water-attracting (hydrophilic) residues, causing the fabric to "wet out" in wet or humid conditions.
If your waterproof clothing or equipment is relatively new or recently treated with a Nikwax waterproofing agent, then cleaning with Nikwax Tech Wash ® will not only remove contaminants, such as dirt and residue left by household cleaners, but also revitalize the DWR.
Make sure to clean with the right product...
Conventional detergents leave a water-attractive (hydrophilic) residue that masks Durable Water Repellency (DWR), causing fabrics to absorb water and "wet out" in damp or wet conditions. Therefore, they should be avoided when cleaning waterproof clothing and equipment.
Products that claim to clean and waterproof at the same time are generally not very effective cleaners and can seal in dirt.

You don't need to waterproof every time you wash ...
Regular cleaning will improve the performance of your equipment. With regular washing you should be able to clean your gear 5-6 times with Nikwax Tech Wash before it requires re-impregnation. When Nikwax Tech Wash ® alone does not revitalize your equipment’s Durable Water Repellency (DWR) (e.g. water does not bead on the surface of the fabric), it is time to re-impregnate with the appropriate Nikwax impregnation.

How to use Nikwax Tech Wash®
Use Nikwax Tech Wash® in a washing machine...
Use a little Tech Wash® and a sponge or soft nylon brush to treat stubborn stains before washing. Remove all non-washable parts. Shake well before use. Follow the instructions on the care label. Do not use conventional detergents.
- Remove all detergent buildup from the detergent dispenser.
- Place item(s) in washing machine (max. 2 items).
- Use 150 ml in areas with medium/hard water* and 100 ml in areas with soft water for 1-2 items.
- Wash according to care label.
* If your kettle is scaling , you have hard water. Use 200 ml for extremely hard water.
Nikwax Tech Wash® can also be applied by hand...
- Wear gloves.
- Immerse the item(s) in 6L of lukewarm water in a sink or bowl.
- Use 150 ml in areas with medium/hard water* and 100 ml in areas with soft water for 1-2 items.
- Rinse 3 times in clean water.
* If your kettle is scaling , you have hard water. Use 200ml for extremely hard water.
If the item does not require re-impregnation, air dry or tumble dry on a low setting if the care label allows it.
If you intend to re -impregnate the washed item, it is not necessary to dry it first.
Use Nikwax TX.Direct ® for breathable clothing, Nikwax Tent & Gear SolarProof ® for equipment or Nikwax Cotton Proof ™ for cotton, polycotton and canvas.
