We ship to Denmark and EU countries. Unfortunately, we cannot currently ship to countries such as the Faroe Islands, Greenland, Norway and the United Kingdom.

If you have purchased an item and, for example, want to exchange it for a different size, you can simply order the new item and return the old one.

The easiest way is to use our returns portal , where you enter your order number and email. You will then be guided through the process.

You always have a 14-day right of return when you shop with us. However, Christmas gifts purchased in November and December can be exchanged or returned until January 8th.

There is no charge to return an item in our stores. If you send the item, you pay for the shipping yourself. You can also use our label-free returns portal, which currently costs DKK 49 to partially cover shipping and handling costs.

Here you can buy E-Gift Cards , which can be used both in our stores and online.

When you purchase an E-Gift Card, you will receive a unique code via email that you can use when paying in our stores or online. When paying, you simply need to provide the code, which can be used as a means of payment.

E-Gift Card is valid for 3 years.
