Shipping Abroad
We can ship to most EU countries. The goods are shipped as cheaply as possible with GLS.
Shipping abroad is according to the rates of GLS - A separate email will be sent with the total amount. - It is reserved that customs and other taxes must be paid in the recipient country.
Right of withdrawal
As a customer, you always have a full right of withdrawal on goods purchased from us. The right of withdrawal runs from the time you receive your goods. The purchase can be cancelled by sending the goods back to us, or by refusing to accept the goods upon receipt.
If you regret your purchase, you can cancel the purchase within 30 days. You can therefore return the item to us at your own expense to our address (see below). The item must be in its original packaging, unused, undamaged and saleable again. Before you return the item, we would like to ask you to inform us of this, and we would of course also like to know why you have regretted the purchase. When we have received the item from us, we will refund you the price of the item (excl. shipping/freight). We will therefore ask you to provide your account number.
Since the original packaging in some cases constitutes a significant part of the value of the item, it may mean that the item cannot be considered returned in substantially the same condition and quantity if the packaging is not included. Therefore, always remember to save the packaging until you are sure that you want to keep the item. (This means tags, hangers, plastic bags and possibly buttons, etc.)
The packaging must therefore always be returned in order for the conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal to be met.

Finding the right size.
The time and effort spent on properly fitting boots is worth the investment. In the long run, you won't be happy buying boots that are too big in the hope that you can make them fit; or that a child will grow out of a big boot in the future. The liner will change over time, turning a less than ideal fit into a poor fit. Or you'll have to tighten the straps so much that you create entirely new fit issues. So no matter which boots you choose, keep these guidelines in mind:-
Boots are best tested with appropriate ski socks on. . Your foot will expand a little during the day, so try the boots on later in the day if possible. Ideally, the boot should fit snugly in the midfoot and heel. The ideal position for fitting is with your knees slightly bent in a skiing position. Your toes should not touch the inner boot until you stand up.
- For children, it is important to have a correctly fitting boot to learn to ski properly. . Not only can they be too tight, they can also be too high to allow proper movement. A distance of 1-1.5 cm (± ½") between the toe tips and the boot lining is a good guideline. Test the boots with real ski socks, and do so in the afternoon when the foot has expanded a bit.
Mondopoint system and sole length
In an effort to simplify and standardize sizing across all brands, the Mondopoint system is used for ski boot sizing. It is simply based on the length of your foot in centimeters from your big toe to your heel. Ski shops have a unit of measurement, and you can see the table below. Our advice is to round up as this is the best solution if your foot is between two sizes.| Mondo point (cm) | European shoe size |

Care instructions
The BOA® Fit System is incredibly powerful, as it is designed to wrap your feet with a rigid performance and confidence. However, if the BOA® Fit System is overtightened without a foot in the boot, the force of the system risks permanently deforming the upper material of the upper, which can lead to leaky boots and an improper fit. For these reasons, Fischer recommends storing BOA®-compatible boots with no or minimal tension in the cable, especially for extended periods when the boots are not in use.
