Ordering and payment
Prices
All prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and are inclusive of VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior consent.
We reserve the right to make corrections to pricing and out-of-stock items. If a price is clearly incorrect and you should have reasonably discovered this, we are not obligated to deliver the product in question at the incorrect price.
All prices in our store are stated in DKK (Danish Kroner) including VAT, unless otherwise clearly stated. All orders are placed in Danish.
The total price of your order will be displayed and will be the amount debited from your Dankort or VISA/Dankort. Credit card payment is made via a secure server. You will always be informed of the shipping cost before you complete your purchase.

You will always receive a copy of your order confirmation, automatically after each order. This will be sent to your email. Should you later wish to receive a new copy, you can always contact us.
Shipping and delivery
All shipments are packaged securely and sent with GLS, unless otherwise agreed.
We naturally strive to pack and ship all shipments the same day or the next day, so that you receive the package no later than 3 business days after purchase.
However, longer delivery times may occur on orders where the item is not in stock. However, you can always expect an email from us, which will inform you of a more accurate delivery date. (If the promised delivery time is not met).
Shipping Abroad
We can ship to most EU countries. The goods are shipped as cheaply as possible with GLS.
Shipping abroad is according to the rates of GLS - A separate email will be sent with the total amount. - It is reserved that customs and other taxes must be paid in the recipient country.
Right of withdrawal
As a customer, you always have a full right of withdrawal on goods purchased from us. The right of withdrawal runs from the time you receive your goods. The purchase can be cancelled by sending the goods back to us, or by refusing to accept the goods upon receipt.
If you regret your purchase, you can cancel the purchase within 30 days. You can therefore return the item to us at your own expense to our address (see below). The item must be in its original packaging, unused, undamaged and saleable again. Before you return the item, we would like to ask you to inform us of this, and we would of course also like to know why you have regretted the purchase. When we have received the item from us, we will refund you the price of the item (excl. shipping/freight). We will therefore ask you to provide your account number.
Since the original packaging in some cases constitutes a significant part of the value of the item, it may mean that the item cannot be considered returned in substantially the same condition and quantity if the packaging is not included. Therefore, always remember to save the packaging until you are sure that you want to keep the item. (This means tags, hangers, plastic bags and possibly buttons, etc.)
The packaging must therefore always be returned in order for the conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal to be met.

Right of complaint
As a consumer, you have a 2-year right of complaint, which means that you can either have the product repaired, exchanged, your money back or a discount on the price, depending on the specific situation. This of course requires that the complaint is justified.
If the product is defective, you are welcome to complain both in writing and verbally to our address (see below). You must complain within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect. Complaints regarding incorrect washing and wear will be rejected immediately.

Didrikson's Waterman is a 100% wind and waterproof children's rain set for outdoor play and fun for both boys and girls. It is made from Galon®, with all seams welded, providing a completely waterproof construction. The rain jacket has a removable hood with press studs and visible reflective details on the back and sleeve ends. The sleeve ends are adjustable with press studs and the jacket has a zip at the front. The inner collar is lined with a soft fleece material. The trousers have a high waist with adjustable straps and press studs on the sides. The seams here have reflective details and have elastic to prevent water from entering. Adjustable and replaceable foot straps. Designed in Sweden, produced in China.

Care
Take care of your clothes and consider how you handle and store them. On the inside of the garment you will find washing instructions to help you take care of it as best as possible. Wash only as needed and air or dry the garment with a damp cloth first. Reactivate the impregnation treatment on waterproof garments by ironing them according to the washing instructions. Repair tears with repair patches.

What is Galon® ?
Our most waterproof construction is our incredible PU material with welded seams: Galon®. In the middle of the last century, we started making rain jackets in this construction, which has excellent properties suitable for use in heavy rain conditions. Backed by decades of innovation, the waterproof Galon® jackets have become so adaptable that today they are used in all contexts from everyday life to leisure activities.
Water column: 5000-8000 mm
To measure the waterproofing of a rainwear garment, the concept of a water column is used. It is a waterproofing test where the material is exposed to a water pressure in millimeters. Our Galon® clothes have a water column of between 5000 – 8000 mm. Galon® does not require any follow-up impregnation or finishing to maintain waterproofing performance.
Welded seams
Our Galon® garments are 100% waterproof, thanks to the combination of a polyurethane (PU) coating on the fabric and the welded seams found on all garments. Welded seams make the design completely waterproof, as there are no pinholes where water can enter. The garment often has vents that are protected from the rain, allowing water vapor to escape from inside the garment.
Advice on clothing care
- Easy to keep clean - just wipe with a damp cloth!
- If the clothes still need to be washed, they must be washed at 40 degrees in the washing machine
- Galon® can be damaged if the garment is exposed to high temperatures, therefore avoid drying in a drying cabinet or tumble dryer
- Turn the raincoat inside out if it is wet, so it dries faster
- Store the garment on a hanger or lay flat to avoid wear along the fold lines of the garment when folded
- Galon® should be seen as a type of perishable product that requires proper storage to maintain its function. Therefore, avoid high temperatures, which can lead to the material becoming stiff, or other unfavorable conditions where there are significant variations in humidity, such as storage in the attic, basement or some wardrobes.
