Ordering and payment
Prices
All prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and are inclusive of VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior consent.
We reserve the right to make corrections to pricing and out-of-stock items. If a price is clearly incorrect and you should have reasonably discovered this, we are not obligated to deliver the product in question at the incorrect price.
All prices in our store are stated in DKK (Danish Kroner) including VAT, unless otherwise clearly stated. All orders are placed in Danish.
The total price of your order will be displayed and will be the amount debited from your Dankort or VISA/Dankort. Credit card payment is made via a secure server. You will always be informed of the shipping cost before you complete your purchase.

Shipping and delivery
All shipments are packaged securely and sent with GLS, unless otherwise agreed.
We naturally strive to pack and ship all shipments the same day or the next day, so that you receive the package no later than 3 business days after purchase.
However, longer delivery times may occur on orders where the item is not in stock. However, you can always expect an email from us, which will inform you of a more accurate delivery date. (If the promised delivery time is not met).
Shipping Abroad
We can ship to most EU countries. The goods are shipped as cheaply as possible with GLS.
Shipping abroad is according to the rates of GLS - A separate email will be sent with the total amount. - It is reserved that customs and other taxes must be paid in the recipient country.
Right of withdrawal
As a customer, you always have a full right of withdrawal on goods purchased from us. The right of withdrawal runs from the time you receive your goods. The purchase can be cancelled by sending the goods back to us, or by refusing to accept the goods upon receipt.
If you regret your purchase, you can cancel the purchase within 30 days. You can therefore return the item to us at your own expense to our address (see below). The item must be in its original packaging, unused, undamaged and saleable again. Before you return the item, we would like to ask you to inform us of this, and we would of course also like to know why you have regretted the purchase. When we have received the item from us, we will refund you the price of the item (excl. shipping/freight). We will therefore ask you to provide your account number.
Since the original packaging in some cases constitutes a significant part of the value of the item, it may mean that the item cannot be considered returned in substantially the same condition and quantity if the packaging is not included. Therefore, always remember to save the packaging until you are sure that you want to keep the item. (This means tags, hangers, plastic bags and possibly buttons, etc.)
The packaging must therefore always be returned in order for the conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal to be met.

Right of complaint
As a consumer, you have a 2-year right of complaint, which means that you can either have the product repaired, exchanged, your money back or a discount on the price, depending on the specific situation. This of course requires that the complaint is justified.
If the product is defective, you are welcome to complain both in writing and verbally to our address (see below). You must complain within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect. Complaints regarding incorrect washing and wear will be rejected immediately.

The Polar Bear from Didriksons is an extra warm winter flight suit for children designed for harsh and cold winter weather. It has taped seams and is made from a breathable and completely wind and waterproof fabric with taped seams. It has cozy darts on the inside of the back. The polar bear has two spacious front pockets and a smaller chest pocket. Reflective details on all sides of the flight suit. The hood and its synthetic fur trim with reflective threads are both removable. The zip of the flight suit is covered by a protective storm flap. The sleeves have inner cuffs with thumb holes and a loop for attaching mittens or mittens. Includes snow groomers and replaceable foot straps. Also features our "Extend size" feature, which means the sleeves and legs can be extended by up to one size. The waist, cuffs and ankles are all adjustable. The flight suit is quilted with recycled polyester fiber and the lining is dyed using Solution Dye, a dyeing technique that saves up to 80% water compared to conventional dyed polyester/polyamide fabric. For the navy blue colour, the shell fabric is also dyed using the Solution Dye technique. PFC-free water-repellent finish. Name tag inside with space for several names. Designed in Sweden, produced in Bangladesh.

Care
Take care of your clothes and consider how you handle and store them. On the inside of the garment you will find washing instructions to help you take care of it as best as possible. Wash only as needed and air or dry the garment with a damp cloth first. Reactivate the impregnation treatment on waterproof garments by ironing them according to the washing instructions. Repair tears with repair patches.

How does Extend size work?
By removing the red seams on the inside of the garment, you can lengthen the legs and sleeves so that the garment becomes full size and thus you extend the life of the garment.
SUSTAINABLE FOR THE ENVIRONMENT
From an environmental perspective, it is ideal to extend the life of any garment and wear it for a longer time. If the original owner wears the garment for a longer period of time and then passes it on to a younger child to be reused when outgrown, this makes better use of the earth's resources. Recycling does not require new material or energy for production or transport.
REPAIR AND PROVIDE
Our clothes are durable and designed to last for many years. Any tears can be repaired using our repair patches and if a foot strap gets lost we have new ones available from us. Also, most garments have name tags with space for multiple names to encourage parents to pass them on so the next owner can add their name and be sure to find the right one for nursery.
