Ordering and payment
Prices
All prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and are inclusive of VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior consent.
We reserve the right to make corrections to pricing and out-of-stock items. If a price is clearly incorrect and you should have reasonably discovered this, we are not obligated to deliver the product in question at the incorrect price.
All prices in our store are stated in DKK (Danish Kroner) including VAT, unless otherwise clearly stated. All orders are placed in Danish.
The total price of your order will be displayed and will be the amount debited from your Dankort or VISA/Dankort. Credit card payment is made via a secure server. You will always be informed of the shipping cost before you complete your purchase.

You will always receive a copy of your order confirmation, automatically after each order. This will be sent to your email. Should you later wish to receive a new copy, you can always contact us.
Shipping and delivery
All shipments are packaged securely and sent with GLS, unless otherwise agreed.
We naturally strive to pack and ship all shipments the same day or the next day, so that you receive the package no later than 3 business days after purchase.
However, longer delivery times may occur on orders where the item is not in stock. However, you can always expect an email from us, which will inform you of a more accurate delivery date. (If the promised delivery time is not met).
Shipping Abroad
We can ship to most EU countries. The goods are shipped as cheaply as possible with GLS.
Shipping abroad is according to the rates of GLS - A separate email will be sent with the total amount. - It is reserved that customs and other taxes must be paid in the recipient country.
Right of withdrawal
As a customer, you always have a full right of withdrawal on goods purchased from us. The right of withdrawal runs from the time you receive your goods. The purchase can be cancelled by sending the goods back to us, or by refusing to accept the goods upon receipt.
If you regret your purchase, you can cancel the purchase within 30 days. You can therefore return the item to us at your own expense to our address (see below). The item must be in its original packaging, unused, undamaged and saleable again. Before you return the item, we would like to ask you to inform us of this, and we would of course also like to know why you have regretted the purchase. When we have received the item from us, we will refund you the price of the item (excl. shipping/freight). We will therefore ask you to provide your account number.
Since the original packaging in some cases constitutes a significant part of the value of the item, it may mean that the item cannot be considered returned in substantially the same condition and quantity if the packaging is not included. Therefore, always remember to save the packaging until you are sure that you want to keep the item. (This means tags, hangers, plastic bags and possibly buttons, etc.)
The packaging must therefore always be returned in order for the conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal to be met.

Right of complaint
As a consumer, you have a 2-year right of complaint, which means that you can either have the product repaired, exchanged, your money back or a discount on the price, depending on the specific situation. This of course requires that the complaint is justified.
If the product is defective, you are welcome to complain both in writing and verbally to our address (see below). You must complain within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect. Complaints regarding incorrect washing and wear will be rejected immediately.

We register your purchases in our closed financial system for use in our own accounting and logistics.
This information is not passed on to 3rd parties, but we store the information for at least 5 years. We only store your name and address. Personal information is stored in a closed system.

Beautiful Icelandic sweater with turtleneck: It is made of 100% pure new Norwegian wool and is produced by Norske Gjestal Uldspinneri ASA from Oltedal, which is one of the best and leading wool spinning mills in Norway. This knitted jumper is made of strong 3GG.(gage) yarn and is a lovely soft, woolly and warm jumper. The Icelandic sweater is machine-knitted, but with hand-knitted yarn. The folded turtleneck is approx. 10 cm. high. There is strong ribbing at the wrists, neck and bottom. The model is unisex and can be worn by both men and women. It's a really beautiful and totally retro modern sweater.
Colors
This Icelandic sweater is available in two colors based on original Icelandic patterns: Off-white & brown and off-white & charcoal grey, with a nice contrast between the off-white base color and the brownish earth colors or charcoal gray colors in the pattern.
Sizes
Please note: This sweater runs large, so order a size smaller than you normally would. Available in sizes XS-SML-XL-XXL. Use our size guide and possibly measure one of your old knitted sweaters to find the right size.
Washing instructions
Washing wool qualities: Important! Woolen jumpers and woolen sweaters must not be soaked. Untreated wool, angora, mohair, alpaca are qualities that must be hand washed.
- Many times it is enough to hang the woolen sweater out in cold/freezing weather! (cleanses itself with the lanolin).
- Hand wash in MAX 30 degrees (finger warm/hand warm) water
- Use plenty of water
- The washing powder must be completely dissolved in the water.
- We recommend washing powder with a neutral ph value.
- Move the jersey around in the water with gentle movements, do not rub!!!
- Rinse the shirt properly in water at the SAME temperature as the washing water.
General information about wool: squeeze out the moisture using towels, roll the sweater in a terry towel for the first few hours. The clothes must be dried flat in the right shape and it is important to avoid direct sunlight. Never hang a wet shirt to dry. Avoid substrates that absorb and retain moisture (terry towels), as there is a risk that colors will rub off and that the clothes will lose their natural elasticity. Do not use tumble dryers for woolen sweaters as they will shrink. The surface of the clothes becomes smoother after washing and with light steaming, but you must never press the clothes either wet or dry. Never steam a jersey on areas stitched with structure. Silk must not be pressed or steamed. When steaming, preferably use a steam iron or an ordinary iron with a damp cloth between the shirt and the iron, but NOTE! the shirt must never be pressed. ATTENTION! Remember that heavy sweaters, especially in knitting techniques such as patent and garter stitch, can "grow" somewhat when washed and used.
Known from TV
As a small curiosity, it can be mentioned that these Icelandic sweaters are known from the film "Klovn - the final", where the comedian couple Frank Hvam and Casper Christensen wear the sweater in off-white & brown and off-white & charcoal gray respectively on their way to a trip to Iceland.
